The feature for registry clean-up isn't mentioned in the notes therefore I cannot assume it was a part of the release or a feature being throttled and released in that manner. The release announcement for the latest Norton release version 22.21.11.46 states: " Norton Security 22.21.11.46 update is now available via LiveUpdate. Nor does history provide a listing of the registry entries when selecting "more options" so we the user may manually correct the issue. Therefore, I don't have the functions necessary to correct what is being detected. I too have it listed in my history, WITHOUT, the feature having been delivered and being an integral part of my Norton installation. I believe the screenshot below depicts what you are seeing in your Norton history.
